Cuando empezamos Engagerly, teníamos una idea sencilla: recompensar lo que los miembros ya hacen. Todo lo que ha venido después lo ha moldeado nuestra comunidad: los admins que nos contaron lo que necesitaban sus comunidades, los miembros que encontraron los casos límite y los voluntarios que nos ayudaron a hablar más idiomas.
Engagerly 2.0 se ha reconstruido desde cero, y muchísimos de sus detalles salieron directamente de sus sugerencias: tareas más inteligentes, recompensas más justas, mejores herramientas para gestionar un equipo. Gracias por cada idea, cada informe de error y cada gota de paciencia mientras lo afinábamos.
